(with a 2.6% credit card fee) Girls only!! - Spray tanning services ✨How to Prep for Your Spray Tan: Shower and exfoliate your entire body the day before your spray tan, (paying special attention to dry areas like elbows, knees, hands, wrists, neck and ankles. ) If you plan to remove hair, do so 24-48+ hours before your appointment—hair removal is optional. Arrive at your appointment with clean, product-free skin. This means no makeup, lotions, deodorants, or oils, as these can create a barrier and affect the tan’s absorption. Wear loose, dark clothing to your appointment to avoid any tan transfer onto your clothes. We love sweatpants and slippers!!! In the days leading up to your tan, drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and moisturize daily. Avoid using cream-based soaps like Dove, as they can leave a residue on your skin and interfere with the tan. For exfoliating, use a rough, non-oily scrub or exfoliating mitt and focus on areas that tend to be more dry, such as the neck, elbows, knees, hands, wrists, ankles, etc. ✨How to Maintain Your Spray Tan: During the processing time (before your initial rinse), avoid getting your skin wet to allow the tan to develop evenly. After your spray tan, refrain from waxing or exfoliating, and be extra gentle with your skin to preserve the color. Moisturize twice a day and continue drinking plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and your tan looking fresh. Try to avoid chlorine pools and hot tubs, as they can accelerate fading. Always wear sunscreen, as spray tans do not offer UV protection. Steer clear of Dove products and other harsh soaps that can strip the tan. When shaving, use a fresh razor to avoid removing the tan or causing streaks. Avoid intense workouts for at least 12 hours after your spray tan to ensure the color sets properly.
